If you’re within Phoenix and surrounding areas, absolutely. We serve clients located within one hour from our location in Gilbert.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH CLEANING?
Serenity Cleaning has a cleaning checklist that your cleaning professional will follow. Please Click Here for a list of services we provide each time. If you’d like to leave instructions for your cleaner, simply add this to the section indicated while booking online. You can also log in to your account after you book to update these notes.
Note: To protect the safety of our professionals, we cannot perform the following: exterior windows, mold removal, deep stain removal, insect and pest removal, cleaning pet messes, and items that require heavy lifting
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
We price based on the number of bedrooms in your home. Simply select the package you would like from our booking page. We also offer hourly cleaning options for residential, vacation rentals, post-construction, and commercial offices
DO YOU BRING YOUR OWN CLEANING SUPPLIES, PRODUCTS, AND EQUIPMENT?
We bring the cleaning solutions and equipment to ensure the cleaning is done correctly. If you have a preferred cleaning solution or piece of equipment you would like us to use, leave it on the kitchen counter with a note for the team members and they will use the supplies based on your specifications.
CAN I REQUEST FOR CLEANING OF INSIDE OF OVEN OR REFRIGERATOR?
Sure thing. Just select this option from the add-on menu at checkout.
WHY IS THE DISCOUNT CODE NOT WORKING?
Some discounts are for first time customers only and some are for recurring customers only. In addition, some discounts are only one-time, and will not work for future service. There might be a couple reasons why a specific discount code no longer works. Please get in touch if you have any questions.

Yes! We know letting someone into your home is a big deal, so we take a lot of care vetting our cleaning professionals for safety and quality. Our cleaning professionals have extensive background and reference checks prior to joining the Serenity Cleaning Team.

WHAT IS YOUR 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE?
If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean the area(s) missed during your initial clean (within a 3 day window).
HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
Log into your account and update your address in your upcoming booking. Alternatively you can can give us a call and we will update your address for you.
